I gained a tremendous amount of experience in customer support and enhanced my communication skills. My technological skills and background allowed me to help a small business become more tech savvy and efficient.

  • Handled Incoming Phone Calls, Filled Orders and Assisted Walk-In Customers
  • Placed Vendor Purchase Orders, Confirmed Cost / Sell Pricing
  • Packaged / Unpackaged Orders via UPS
  • Delivered Supplies to Local Customers and Stocked Inventory
