I gained a tremendous amount of experience in customer support and enhanced my communication skills. My technological skills and background allowed me to help a small business become more tech savvy and efficient.

- Placed Vendor Purchase Orders, Confirmed Cost / Sell Pricing
- Packaged / Unpackaged Orders via UPS
- Delivered Supplies to Local Customers and Stocked Inventory
