During the summer between my sophomore and junior years at MTU, I obtained a job as an operator at the Netflix distribution warehouse in Lansing, Michigan. The opportunity to get an inside look at a huge company and see first hand the power of automated computer programming and web based applications was a valuable experience. The power of the Internet and computer programmed automation has been a big focus of my life ever since this summer job.
